Congratulations to the AVHS Speech Team on a strong showing at the Section 3AA State Speech Tournament held at East Ridge High School on Tuesday, April 10th. AVHS placed 3rd as a team, four points away from first and led all schools with 29 top 7 individual finalists. Students placing in the top 3 and qualifying for the state tournament were:
